The Farm is located at Abe, Orhiomwon LGA, Edo State State, and investors who are willing and able to visit the farm will be given unrestricted access at any point in time.

Power and Fuel: The Company enjoys the connection to relatively stable electricity and supported with digester as sources of power to the company. As an eco-friendly technology company, Bragav Nigeria is looking at using supposed waste items in the oil palm production process to generate power to minimize dependence on other power sources that can be expensive and yet, not always available.

Feeds: Feeds in terms of manure and nutrients can easily be sourced from the local community and industries that manufacture fertilizers. Although they can be relatively expensive, we are confident as time goes on, it will be selfproducedas partof expansionfuture plans.

Labour Availability: Labour is easily available given the high unemployment rate in the country. The labour requirement for the company is a combination of both skilled and unskilled labour. However, the need for application of insecticides and pesticides in the right proportion and on a timely basis, are areas our expert staffarealwaysinvolved.

The company shall ensure the deployment of the necessary training to the staff to ensure they are well motivated and compensated to achieve targeted results.

Transportation: The road network to the factory and farm is good making it accessible from all parts of the state and indeed the country. The road structure has the capacity to support frequent movement of heavy duty vehicles bringing in or taking products out of the factory and farm.
